Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in aerospace or similar technical field preferred.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and release project WBS with approved budgets.
• Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Lead weekly internal and customer meetings with minutes.
• Prepare Monthly Program Review materials for executives.
• Ensure cost, schedule and technical performance alignment with baselines.
• Identify growth opportunities with customers and proposals.
