Job summary

Marotta Controls in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Program Manager to lead concurrent development programs from proposal through production. You will coordinate internal teams across engineering, operations, finance and contracts, act as customer advocate, and drive milestones, cost control, and risk management to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions for aerospace, marine, and military markets.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent), 4-7 years PM experience, PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required or preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach is essential.
• Experience with aerospace or related technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development programs from proposal through qualification and volume production.
• Coordinate internal teams across engineering, operations, business development, finance and contracts.
• Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures and Integrated Master Schedule.
• Monitor cost, schedule and technical performance to meet milestones and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare program reviews and executive-level presentations.
• Support proposals with PMO inputs and Bases of Estimates.
