Job summary

Marotta Controls, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple development programs from proposal through production. You will coordinate engineering, operations, finance and contracts, acting as customer advocate and primary contact for aerospace and defense clients.

The role requires PMO involvement, risk management and performance against budgets, with limited travel and a competitive compensation package including benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or preferred.
• 4-7 years of program management experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in aerospace or similar technical field preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Initiating activity to satisfy contract/statement of work.
• Drive milestones and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Lead internal and customer weekly meetings with documented minutes.
• Prepare Monthly Program Review materials for leadership.
• Support new business proposals with PMO inputs.
• Manage bids for new business proposals.
• Control cost, schedule, and technical performance.
