Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering, science, or business discipline.
• >7 years’ experience in aerospace and/or military engineering design, development, and manufacturing.
• Understanding of Program Management principles.
• Exemplary verbal/written communication skills required.
• Highly computer literate with MS Office/PC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Program Management Office.
• Lead multiple marine and military engineering teams.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators to quantify progress.
• Coordinate efforts of the PMO Team.
• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for all programs.
