Beehive Industries seeks a Senior Manufacturing Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility. Build pipelines, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while promoting the company’s values.

The role requires 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3 years in aviation/aerospace/DOD, and a strong independent work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in-house, 3 years in aviation/aerospace/DOD.
• Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Ability to work independently and meet urgent business needs.
• Proven sourcing using innovative methods to attract niche talent.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through networking channels and social media.
• Build candidate pipelines for highly specific manufacturing skill sets.
• Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Promote Beehive Industries' values and career opportunities across channels.
• Represent Beehive at job fairs and conferences to expand the talent pool.
