Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. You will source, screen, and manage candidates, build pipelines for critical skillsets, and collaborate with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in-house.
• 3+ years in aviation/aerospace/DOD recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Proactive sourcing and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through diverse channels.
• Build a pipeline for specialized manufacturing roles.
• Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, interview techniques and evaluations.
• Promote Beehive Industries’ values and opportunities across channels.
• Represent Beehive at job fairs, events, and conferences.

Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Role Overview...

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing roles within Beehive Industries.

What you'll do...

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channelsandthrough-out social media
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.
• Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

You have....

• 8+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry.
• Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations.
• Strong experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work independently.
