Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in-house.
• 3+ years in aviation/aerospace/DOD industries.
• Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Sense of urgency to deliver for the business while working as part of a team.
• Proven ability to source innovative methods to attract niche talent.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through networking and social media.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets needed for critical roles.
• Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Provide guidance on job description development and interview techniques.
• Enhance Beehive's employer branding through multiple channels.
• Represent Beehive at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Ensure communication with candidates reflects Beehive's values and culture.

Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine's speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost.

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility.

What You'll Do

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channels and through-out social media
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Enhance the organization's brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.
• Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

You have....

• 8+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry.
• Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations.
• Strong experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work independently.
