Job summary

Beehive Industries in Cincinnati seeks a Senior HRBP to partner with manufacturing and engineering teams. You will design and administer policies, attract and develop talent, and align HR programs with business goals to drive performance and compliance.

You will lead talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, coaching, and HR operations, ensuring an inclusive culture while maintaining strict security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience designing and implementing HR programs, policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to manufacturing operations and engineering teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and headcount planning.
• Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations with timely, compliant resolutions.
• Coach managers and provide HR guidance to leadership.
• Align HR practices with organizational goals and metrics.
• Foster an inclusive culture and oversee onboarding for new hires.
