Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC seeks a Senior Manufacturing Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. You will source, screen, and build talent pipelines, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a strong candidate experience aligned with Beehive values.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in-house recruiting, plus 3+ years in aviation/aerospace/DOD sectors, and proven success filling exempt/non-exempt manufacturing positions in

• 8+ years of in-house full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years recruiting in aviation/aerospace/DOD sectors.
• Strong track record filling exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Ability to deliver with urgency and build cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through networking and social channels.
• Build pipelines for highly specific manufacturing skill sets.
• Manage applicants in the ATS and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Perform initial phone screens and assess skills, experience and culture fit.
• Guide hiring managers on descriptions and interview techniques.
• Promote Beehive’s values and opportunities at events and job fairs.

Role Overview...

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing roles within Beehive Industries.

What you'll do...

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channelsandthrough-out social media
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.
• Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

You have....

• 8+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry.
• Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations.
• Strong experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work independently.
