You will partner with leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent, implement policies, manage performance, and handle employee relations, while ensuring compliance and a positive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in policy development and employee programs.

Responsibilities
