Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Customer Account Executive Senior Analyst to manage global airline nacelle support needs and respond to customer inquiries. This onsite role involves coordinating with engineering, MROs, and provisioning to ensure timely, accurate service and ongoing customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong account management, multilingual communication, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems. Onsite work in Chula Vista or Foley with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage global airline nacelle support needs and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide portal navigation and technical service support to customers.
• Communicate with customers to manage accounts and address concerns.
• Liaise with Engineering and MROs to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with provisioning, shipping, and inventory warehouses to expedite shipments.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
