Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to manage a portfolio of accounts including OEMs, airlines, MROs, and distribution partners. This onsite role collaborates with Contracts, Pricing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, and Shipping to ensure successful customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or related fields, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, contract administration, customer service, project management, quality, or supply chain in manufacturing, aerospace, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu, 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing customer programs or complex accounts and proficiency with proposals and contracts.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills; ability to work cross-functional.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work onsite in Bethel, CT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer account management.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotes and proposals by coordinating with internal teams.
• Support contract negotiations and reviews.
• Lead onsite meetings and customer coordination.
• Monitor forecasts, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
