Job summary
Beehive Industries, LLC in Loveland, Ohio, or at our Centennial, CO facility, seeks a Lead Engineer, Controls Software to design, develop, integrate and validate gas turbine engine control software and hardware for advanced aerospace applications. You will contribute technically, optimize performance and support engine testing and qualification activities.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and help integrate additive manufacturing into control system
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in controls engineering and embedded software for aerospace systems.
- Strong background in dynamic modeling and feedback control design.
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and real-time control systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate engine control software and models.
- Develop software requirements and control architectures with documentation.
- Perform control analysis and tuning in time and frequency domains.
- Lead test planning and data analysis during engine tests.
