Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale search engine optimization, including on-page, content, and technical SEO
• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, economics, finance, or a related field
• Experience developing digital content and marketing briefs
• Experience defining key performance indicators, evaluating performance, and translating data into actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of answer engine optimization and how AI answer engines surface and cite content
• Familiarity with content management systems, taxonomy, information architecture, and website governance
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills used to prioritize opportunities and make sound decisions
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence partners and build alignment across organizational boundaries
• Ability to adapt strategies, balance competing priorities, and drive outcomes in an evolving digital environment

Responsibilities

• Shape and activate strategies that improve search visibility, AI discoverability, engagement, and measurable business outcomes
• Establish governance and measurement approaches, and turn insights into scalable content and technical improvements
• Collaborate with business units, content teams, affiliate marketing, public relations, social media, and other channel partners
• Adapt as AI-driven search evolves, test emerging approaches, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations
