Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced Senior Content Strategist to join the UX team in a fully on-site role in Westlake, TX. You will craft high-quality UX content and lead content decisions across cross-functional teams, focusing on user needs, data-informed planning, and scalable content systems.

The role requires strong collaboration, agile experience, and a portfolio demonstrating content design for digital products.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of content design focused on digital products or equivalent
• 1+ year of content design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
• Experience with user-centered design process including user research, flows, wireframes and accessibility content
• Experience in collaborative multi-disciplinary team within Agile development
• Strong self-management and ability to manage schedules
• Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and Writer
• Experienced in running design sessions with cross-functional teams
• Effective relationship builder across levels and teams
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
