Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead test and evaluation efforts for the DDG 51 Flight III program. You will manage TEMP development, test strategies, and funding plans across multiple organizations, ensuring interoperability and compliance with Navy requirements.

You will coordinate with PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, COMOPTEVFOR, and NAVSEA centers, and play a key advisory role on T&E developments and initiatives, including ORD/CDD alignment and fleet introduction readiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance
• US citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred
• 8 years of AEGIS experience
• Experience coordinating design, integration, development, test, certification, or delivery of surface combatant ships

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on SPY capabilities and maintenance for AEGIS baselines.
• Coordinate interoperability between software developments for AEGIS baselines.
• Lead the T&E program execution for DDG 51 Flight III.
• Collaborate with PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, COMOPTEVFOR, and NAVSEA centers.
• Advise on TEMP, ORD, CDD, and related test and evaluation activities.
