Autodesk is seeking an experienced Design & Manufacturing Customer Advocate to identify systemic customer problems and convert signals into actionable decisions and measurable outcomes.

You will combine product knowledge with customer conversations, support trends, and data to determine where Autodesk should invest, and build a compelling case for action. Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams to improve reliability and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing or product-facing roles.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM software knowledge (Fusion or Inventor).
• Strong analytical judgment and pattern recognition.
• Ability to build business cases bridging evidence and impact.
• Proven cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Identify, validate, and prioritize systemic customer pain using data and signals.
• Understand Design & Manufacturing workflows and validate pain with customers and teams.
• Build decision-ready Reliability Packages with evidence and business impact.
• Develop viewpoints on solution paths including product changes and guidance.
• Connect customer pain to Autodesk priorities for investment decisions.
• Drive issues toward clear decisions and accountable ownership.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering; feed customer intelligence into roadmap.
• Translate decisions into scalable guidance for customer-facing teams.
• Follow issues through the reliability value chain and evaluate impact.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted tools to accelerate insights.
