Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Customer Advocate for Design & Manufacturing to translate customer signals into actionable product insights. You will combine product knowledge with customer conversations, support trends, and data to identify systemic issues and drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to shape roadmaps, prioritize work, and communicate value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience translating customer signals into action and business impact.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize systemic customer pain using diverse signals.
• Understand customer workflows and validate pain with customers and partners.
• Create reliability packages with evidence and business impact.
• Develop solution viewpoints including product changes and workarounds.
• Align customer pain with Autodesk product strategies for investment.
• Drive issues to a clear decision with accountable owners.
• Build relationships with design and manufacturing teams to inform roadmaps.
• Use data and AI tools to accelerate signal identification and synthesis.
