Job summary

ARKANCE USA seeks a Technology Consultant to help AECO clients leverage Autodesk solutions through comprehensive training, implementation services, and ongoing technical support. The role involves delivering tailored demonstrations and ongoing customer support while collaborating with sales to drive revenue and participate in industry events.

Expected travel is regional and national, with 65–80% billable time and time allocated to pre-sales and overhead.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk family products and ARKANCE-supported solutions.
• Deep understanding of AECO industry workflows, design and delivery processes, and BIM collaboration technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training programs, consulting services, and implementation support for Autodesk products and ARKANCE solutions.
• Provides ongoing technical support to customers; ensures successful adoption of technology solutions.
• Conducts customized technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs and workflows.
• Mentors customers through complex technical challenges and workflow optimization.
• Partners with Sales to deliver product demos that drive revenue; supports events.
