Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Customer Advocate for Design & Manufacturing to identify systemic customer problems and translate signals into actionable decisions. You will combine product expertise, customer conversations, and data to drive improvements and inform roadmaps across Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in technical support, product insights, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion, Inventor, or comparable CAD/CAM software and related workflows.
• Ability to synthesize data and customer signals into actionable insights.
• Experience building business cases or narratives tying evidence to action.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and influence without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication that simplifies complex issues for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize systemic customer pain using diverse signals.
• Validate customer pain with customers and account teams.
• Create decision-ready Reliability Packages with data and impact.
• Develop viewpoints on product or engineering changes and guidance.
• Connect customer pain to Autodesk strategy and priorities.
• Drive issues to clear ownership and progress with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with product and engineering to inform roadmaps and reliability.
