Innovative Project Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development to accelerate growth across our Asia-led operations, selling integrated EPC and Design-Build to Life Sciences, Advanced Technology, and Healthcare clients in the USA markets.

The role demands a proven 10+ year track record in Architecture/Engineering/Construction BD, with deep knowledge of delivery models, contract types, and pre-construction processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of Business Development experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industries.
• Ability to read discuss architectural drawings, site plans, and construction schedules.
• Familiarity with construction contracts (AIA/AGC) and GMP vs Lump Sum bidding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute A/E/C market strategy and growth plans.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of capital projects and complex retrofits.
• Promote Design-Build, CM at-Risk, and IPD delivery models.
• Engage clients early in FEED to position IPS as partner of choice.
• Lead proposals, RFP/RFQ strategy, and client interviews.
• Leverage a cross-border network to drive Asia-US opportunities.
