Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Northeast region to drive growth by cultivating new and existing client relationships in the A/E/C sector. You will align BD strategies with Practice Area Leaders and manage timely plans and opportunities.

Collaborating with leadership, you will map targets, develop calendars of key dates, and pursue new client bases while traveling as required for meetings and events to advance firm objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, marketing or related field with 10+ years in BD or Sales in A/E/C.
• Experience in developing and managing client relationships in the architecture, engineering and construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new and existing client relationships.
• Support sector leaders and manage client management activities.
• Develop strategies with Practice Area Leadership to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Create a month-by-month calendar of significant dates and events.
• Establish area/sector contacts and pursue opportunities with new client bases.
• Travel as required for client meetings, conferences and conventions.
