Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and customer validation activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar.
• 5+ years customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling demos (virtual and in-person).
• Deploy and support proof-of-value engagements (POV/POC).
• Translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Engage with executives during evaluations and competitive discussions.
• Create customer-facing technical docs and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions on customer use cases.
• Support marketing events and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Travel 25–50% as required.
