Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help large enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges.

You will be a trusted technical and business advisor, driving discovery, solution design, product demos, and customer validation activities across security, identity, infrastructure, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, identity and access, governance and risk.
• Strong networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, NAT.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and solution design.
• Deliver compelling demos, both virtual and in person.
• Support proof-of-value engagements and POVs.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Engage with executives during evaluations and competitive deals.
• Create customer-facing documentation and technical summaries.
• Lead technical training sessions using customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, CS, and Support teams.
