Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address cybersecurity, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POV engagements, and customer validation activities.

The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge and enterprise networking experience, with proven ability to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relevant technical roles, including solution consulting or pre-sales.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and enterprise networking expertise.
• BS degree in CS/MIS/Cybersecurity or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling demos (virtual and in-person).
• Deploy and support POVs/POCs.
• Translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Travel 25–50% as needed.
