Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. In this role, you will lead discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POV engagements, and customer validation with security, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge and enterprise networking experience, plus ability to translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical roles.
• 5+ years of customer-facing technical or pre-sales experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of identity, access, governance, risk, and security operations.
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy and support proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during evaluations and executive discussions.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions based on customer use cases.
• Support marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to share field insights.
