Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will act as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, designs, demos, POVs, and customer validation with security, identity, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or related technical role.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise platform sales cycles.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk, security operations.
• Solid enterprise networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, segmentation.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations.
• Deploy proof-of-value engagements and assist with POCs.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead training sessions and collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success and Support.
• Travel as required, typically 25-50%.
