Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Advisor, Learning & Knowledge Management Measurement to establish measurement strategy and frameworks across learning and knowledge programs. This role partners with analytics, reporting, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision making and demonstrable improvements in workforce capability and service performance.

You will define questions, measures, and reporting requirements, coach stakeholders, and ensure governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning measurement, learning and performance improvement, knowledge management, performance consulting, workforce effectiveness, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise applying learning evaluation and impact measurement methodologies to establish measurement strategies and guide others.
• Strong measurement and evaluation skills to define questions, interpret findings, and translate evidence into recommendations.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating findings into improvements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data and consultative partnership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve measurement frameworks, standards, and guidance for learning and knowledge teams.
• Define success measures and KPIs for learning, readiness, and performance improvement efforts.
• Establish measurement and reporting requirements linking enablement investments to outcomes.
• Coach stakeholders on defining outcomes, measures, baselines, and evaluation methods.
• Partner with analytics to translate strategies into data requirements and approaches.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to communicate performance.
