Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Advisor, Learning & Knowledge Management Measurement to establish measurement strategy across learning and knowledge management within Operations Enablement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Quality, Reinforcement and Performance Insights, this role builds repeatable approaches and advises teams on applying measurement frameworks.

The position requires 5+ years in learning measurement, strong executive communication, and ability to thrive in a matrixed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning measurement and performance improvement.
• Experience applying evaluation methods (Kirkpatrick, ROI) to guide teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication.
• Ability to work in highly matrixed environments with multiple priorities.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and visualization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve measurement frameworks and guidance.
• Define success measures and KPIs for learning and readiness.
• Translate strategies into data requirements and analytical approaches.
• Create dashboards and executive reporting to communicate findings.
• Coach stakeholders on measurement and continuous improvement.
