Job summary

Cigna is seeking a Senior Advisor, Learning & Knowledge Management Measurement to establish measurement strategy and frameworks across learning and knowledge programs. The role partners with analytics and reporting teams to enable data collection, analysis, and reporting, driving a data-driven performance enablement model.

Based in the United States, the role will collaborate with Learning Experience Design, Training Delivery, Knowledge Management, Quality, Operations, Technology, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve measurement frameworks, standards, templates, and guidance for learning and knowledge teams to define outcomes, baselines, measures, and evaluate programs.
• Define meaningful success measures and KPIs for learning, knowledge management, readiness, and performance improvement efforts.
• Establish measurement and reporting requirements that connect enablement investments to operational and business outcomes with analytics support.
• Coach stakeholders on defining outcomes, identifying measures and baselines, and applying the measurement framework to their work.
• Ensure measurement approaches support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
