This role leads the measurement strategy across learning programs and knowledge initiatives, partnering with analytics to translate requirements into data-driven insights that improve workforce capability and operational performance.

Based in Scottsdale or nearby, the position emphasizes building repeatable measurement approaches, executive communication, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning measurement, learning and performance improvement, knowledge management, or related disciplines.
• Experience applying learning evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ROI) to establish measurement strategies.
• Strong ability to define questions data must answer and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating findings into improvements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in highly matrixed environments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks, standards, templates, and guidance for learning and knowledge teams.
• Define meaningful success measures and KPIs for learning, readiness, and performance.
• Partner with analytics to translate measurement needs into data requirements and approaches.
• Present findings and business insights to leaders across Operations Enablement and Operations.
• Establish measurement governance and reporting requirements to support governance forums.
