Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Advisor for Learning & Knowledge Measurement within Operations Enablement. This strategic role leads measurement strategy, frameworks, and tools to evaluate learning and knowledge programs across domains, driving data-driven decisions and improved workforce performance.

The role partners with analytics, learning design, and operations to ensure data collection, analysis, and reporting enable evidence-based improvements and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning measurement, learning and performance improvement, knowledge management, performance consulting, workforce effectiveness, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Experience establishing measurement strategies and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement solutions.
• Strong measurement and evaluation skills with ability to translate evidence into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurement frameworks, standards, templates, and guidance for learning and knowledge teams.
• Partner with analytics to define data requirements and analysis approaches for learning metrics.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Define governance standards and support data collection, validation, and reporting.
