The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Knowledge Management to lead content governance, lifecycle management, and usability across Customer Operations and related functions. You will drive strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead a team toward scalable knowledge solutions that improve performance and service delivery.

You will oversee governance, content quality, taxonomy, and contributor enablement while aligning knowledge practices with business priorities and evolving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in knowledge management or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience with governance, content lifecycle management, and AI-ready knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management for Customer Operations and Coverage Review Operations.
• Establish governance, standards, and lifecycle processes for content.
• Improve knowledge usability, search, and adoption with platform and learning partners.
• Lead and develop a team of knowledge management professionals.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Quality, Product, and Technology leaders.
