The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Knowledge Management to lead the knowledge management function across Customer Operations and Coverage Review Operations. You will oversee a team responsible for creating, governing, and continuously improving operational knowledge assets to support advocate performance and service delivery.

This role ensures content remains accurate, accessible, and aligned to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in knowledge management, content operations, operations enablement, learning, quality, or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience leading teams in content operations, knowledge administration, or enablement support functions.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management governance, content lifecycle, and operations for Customer Operations and Coverage Review Operations.
• Oversee content creation, review, publishing, maintenance, validation, and retirement with quality and compliance.
