Job summary

Norstella seeks an Advisory Lead for Content Enablement to architect evaluation frameworks and credibility standards across data products. You will work across content, product, data science and services to ensure outputs are accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose for life sciences clients.

Hybrid/remote work across time zones is expected. You will help translate evaluation outcomes into client-ready proof points and drive collaboration with commercial teams to support go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in life sciences, medical sciences, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization, preferably in pharma or health data.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from client need to post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with pharma commercial landscape, drug development, market access, or related domains.
• Ability to align stakeholders across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products and outputs.
• Develop knowledge of data assets, pipelines, and product architecture for credible evaluation.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Design and run end-to-end evaluation methodologies for model accuracy and reliability.
• Translate eval outcomes into proof points and use-case documentation for GTM.
• Qualify client opportunities, framing solutions and articulating value across technical/commercial audiences.
• Develop repeatable playbooks to scale impact as product portfolio grows.
• Act as accountable owner for quality from evaluation to delivery.
