Job summary

Norstella is hiring a Sr. Advisory Lead, Content Enablement to shape evaluation frameworks for AI-driven data products and ensure outputs are credible, reproducible, and fit for purpose in life sciences client engagements.

You will work across content, product, data science, and engineering teams to define readiness criteria, validate architectures, and translate evaluation results into compelling proof points for market and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

A rigorous, evidence-driven thinker who maintains quality across evaluations.
Familiarity with AI product development and evaluation methodologies.
Comfortable communicating across technical and commercial topics.
Strong commercial instinct to translate eval outcomes into client value.
Clear communicator with cross-functional credibility.
Organised, able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Define operational readiness and quality criteria for data products.
Maintain knowledge of data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
Support design of complex data integration, analytics, and AI solutions.
Design and run end-to-end evaluation methodology across data products and AI solutions.
Collaborate with product/commercial teams to translate eval outcomes into proof points and use-case docs.
Qualify client opportunities and articulate a clear value proposition to technical/commercial audiences.
Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact as product portfolio grows.
Ensure delivery aligns with evaluated commitments.
