Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Sr Advisory Lead in Content Enablement to shape how we evaluate and enable AI-powered data solutions for life sciences clients. You will work across content authoring, product, commercial, data science, data engineering, and services to set standards for accuracy, reliability, and fitness-for-purpose.

The role blends technical rigor with client-facing communication, building repeatable playbooks, guiding solution design, and ensuring delivery aligns with evaluation

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences, computer science, statistics or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization.
• Experience across the full solution lifecycle from client need to post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical commercial landscape and related domains.
• Strong track record aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for data products.
• Maintain knowledge of data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics, and AI capabilities with teams.
• Support end-to-end evaluation methodology for data products and AI solutions.
• Translate eval outcomes into proof points, reference materials, and use-case docs.
• Assess client opportunities end-to-end and articulate a clear value proposition.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and solution templates for scale.
• Ensure solutions land as evaluated and committed.
