Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead for Content Enablement to drive AI solution frameworks, scoring standards, and trust in published evaluations. The role works across content, product, commercial, data science, data engineering, and services to ensure credible, defendable outputs for life sciences clients.

The position sits in Content Operations as a bridge between model capability and market trust, with potential growth into client‑facing engagements across time zones.

Qualifications

• Must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, medical sciences, CS, or statistics.
• Experience in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization (3+ years).
• Familiarity with pharma or health data and cross‑functional project experience.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from need identification to post‑delivery adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for data products with regulatory expectations.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Design technically complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics workflows, and AI capabilities.
• Evaluate model accuracy, reliability, and fitness‑for‑purpose across data products and AI solutions.
• Support GTM processes for new solutions by translating eval outcomes into proof points and use‑case documentation.
• Qualify client opportunities end‑to‑end and articulate a clear value proposition to technical and commercial audiences.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact as the portfolio grows.
• Be the accountable owner for quality through delivery and post‑delivery.
