Norstella is seeking a Sr. Advisory Lead for Content Enablement to drive AI evaluation frameworks and credible data-product assessments. You will work cross-functionally across content, product, data science, and services to ensure outputs are accurate, defensible, and market-ready.

The role blends domain depth with hands-on evaluation automation and backend development skills, enabling trusted client solutions across time zones in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medical sciences, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization.
• Experience across the full solution lifecycle in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical commercial landscape, including drug development and launch dynamics.
• Strong track record of aligning stakeholders across functions.

Aufgaben

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new and evolving data products, validating outputs meet required standards.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella data assets, pipelines, and product architecture; gain backend fluency.
• Design technically complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics workflows, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Design and run end-to-end evaluation methodologies demonstrating model accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to translate evaluation outcomes into proof points and use-case docs.
• Assess complex client opportunities end-to-end and articulate a clear value proposition.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact.
• Ensure quality through delivery and post-commitment follow-up.
