Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Sr. Advisory Lead for Content Enablement to define evaluation frameworks and ensure credibility of AI solutions across data products. You will work across content, product, data science, and services to validate outputs and enable scalable evaluation processes.

This remote, full-time position demands strong domain knowledge, the ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions, and a track record in pharma or health data environments.

Qualifications

• Must have strong, evidence-based approach to model evaluation and data products.
• Experience with AI product development and evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to communicate across technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for data products.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Norstella data assets and architecture.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration and analytics workflows.
• Design end-to-end evaluation methodology to prove model fitness-for-purpose.
• Translate eval outcomes into proof points and use-case docs for GTM.
