Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will orchestrate journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, integrating with Adobe Experience Platform for unified profiles and analytics, and drive decisioning for contextual personalization.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage complex data and configurations, and support pre-sales activities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on implementation with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): RT-CDP, XDM schemas, and event forwarding.
• 5+ years in customer data/marketing tech with API-first configs, Git, CI/CD, and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Build rules for multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events.
• Configure AJO channels: email, SMS, push, in-app; manage IPs and deliverability.
• Integrate AJO with AEP including RT-CDP and CJA for unified profiles.
• Implement AJO-D and Offer Decisioning rules for real-time personalization.
• Lead integration and delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a technical field
