Job summary

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team is seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer architect to design and implement real-time, omnichannel customer journeys. You will orchestrate journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, integrating AJO with AEP and CJA to enable unified profiles and cross-channel measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, and XDM schemas.
• 5+ years in marketing technology or digital campaigns with API-first configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Configure triggers, actions, messages, offers, and orchestration logic.
• Build rules for multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events.
• Configure AJO channel surfaces and deliverability strategies.
• Integrate AJO with AEP for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement.
• Lead integration and delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client teams.
