Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will align journey orchestration, decisioning, and platform integration across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels to drive personalized customer engagement.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, configure channel surfaces, and integrate AJO with AEP to support unified profiles and cross-channel measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) including orchestration and triggers.
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including RT-CDP and Web/Mobile SDK or Edge Network.
• 5+ years in marketing tech or digital campaigns with API-first config, CI/CD, and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in AJO with triggers, actions, messages, and offers.
• Build rules for complex, multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events.
• Configure AJO channels, subdomains, IP pools, and warming strategies.
• Integrate AJO with AEP for unified profiles, audience activation, and cross-channel measurement.
• Implement journey decisioning, offer decisioning, and eligibility rules for real-time personalization.
• Lead integration and delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client stakeholders.
