Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on implementation with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) incl. RT-CDP & CJA.
• 5+ years in customer data/marketing tech with API-first config, Git, CI/CD, runbooks.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical journey designs.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and support various client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure end-to-end customer journeys in AJO across channels.
• Build rules and logic for complex, real-time journeys based on data.
• Configure AJO surfaces and integrate with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA.
• Implement AJO-D and Offer Decisioning capabilities for personalization.
• Lead integration efforts across Adobe Cloud, third-party systems, and clients.
