Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded architect who bridges technology and business strategy to craft scalable customer engagement ecosystems. You will lead design and implementation using Adobe Journey Optimizer and AEP, aligning with enterprise standards and client goals.

You will collaborate with CTO-level stakeholders and delivery teams, guide governance, and shape omnichannel experiences from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• 5+ years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• 4+ years of working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related Adobe Cloud technologies.
• Serve as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, governance frameworks, and deliver omnichannel experiences.
