Job summary

Accenture seeks a solutions-minded consultant at the intersection of technology and business strategy to design and deliver enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Cloud tech.

You will partner with stakeholders to define scalable ecosystems, governance, and omnichannel experiences, traveling up to 0-100% as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience helping to architect and deliver enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience participating and delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate's degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

Design architecture and configure the solution of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
