Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded consultant at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You will architect and deliver enterprise MarTech and CX solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Cloud, connecting technical fluency to business outcomes.

You will define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, governance, and omnichannel experiences while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or CX solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
• The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
