Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or CX solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with deep expertise in AJO and AEP.
• Minimum of 2 years for architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; alternative pathway accepted with 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related Cloud tech.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects and delivery teams to define scalable ecosystems, governance, and omnichannel experiences.
