Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-oriented consultant to design enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. You will translate business goals into scalable architectures and work with delivery teams to ensure successful omnichannel experiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, define governance, and guide architecture decisions across client engagements. Travel requirements range from 0% to 100% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• 2+ years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in AJO and AEP.
• 2+ years of architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience; or associate's degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using AJO, AEP, and related Adobe Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision and alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable ecosystems and governance.
