Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a solutions-driven consultant who bridges technology and business strategy, with hands-on Adobe Experience Cloud expertise. You will design enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions, align stakeholders, and guide delivery teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes architecture, governance, and omnichannel personalization, with travel up to 100% as needed. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with 3+ years in MarTech or CX

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
Minimum of 2 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with deep expertise in AJO and AEP.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience or associate's degree with 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related Adobe Cloud technologies.
Define the solution across client engagements, drive architecture vision and ensure alignment with business objectives and standards.
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems and governance frameworks.
